Terms of Service

Effective May 4, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SSH Bridge (the "Service"), operated by Themewizz ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By accepting these Terms you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Account information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. One person or legal entity may maintain only one account except where explicitly permitted by your subscription plan (e.g. team plans).

3. Acceptable use

The Service exists to help you manage SSH access to servers you own or are authorized to manage. You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service to access systems you do not have explicit permission to access.
  • Use the Service to launch attacks, distribute malware, or perform any activity prohibited by law.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any closed-source component of the Service except to the extent allowed by applicable law.
  • Interfere with the Service's operation, probe its security, or attempt to bypass plan limits.
  • Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service to third parties without a written agreement.
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or any unsolicited communication.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without refund if we determine, in our sole reasonable judgement, that you have violated this section.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you select). Payment is processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Failed payments. If a payment fails we will retry per Stripe's standard dunning schedule. Your account may be marked past-due and access to paid features may be restricted until payment succeeds. If the account remains past-due, the subscription will be canceled and your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the in-app billing settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

Price changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email. Existing subscribers retain their current price for the remainder of the current billing period; the new price applies on the next renewal.

Refunds. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our discretion, typically for service outages we caused or billing errors.

5. Plan limits

Each plan includes a set of limits (number of hosts, keys, sessions, snippets, port-forwards, log retention, etc.) shown on the pricing page. We may enforce these limits server-side; attempting to exceed them will result in the request being rejected. Limits in effect at the time you subscribed are preserved for as long as you remain on that plan, even if we later change the limits for new sign-ups (grandfathering).

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the data you store in the Service — host configurations, SSH keys, snippets, logs, and anything you transfer over SSH sessions. We claim no ownership over your content. We process it only as needed to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you upload and the actions you perform via the Service. We are not a party to your SSH sessions and do not monitor their contents.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages (Stripe, Resend, our hosting providers), and unforeseen incidents may cause temporary unavailability. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions.

Mesh-network features (SSH Bridge Network) depend on your devices being able to reach our coordination server and on direct or relayed peer connectivity. Network conditions outside our control may affect performance.

8. Updates

We release updates regularly. Some updates contain security fixes that we may deem mandatory; in those cases the in-app update flow may require you to upgrade to continue using the Service. Older versions may stop working without notice.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference.

10. Intellectual property

SSH Bridge, including its source code (where licensed), trademarks, logos, and all related materials, is owned by Themewizz and its licensors. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in our trademarks or other intellectual property except the limited, revocable license to use the Service while these Terms are in force.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Themewizz and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Themewizz from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from the in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if you violate these Terms or if continued service poses a security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute resolution) survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and/or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Themewizz is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service that the parties cannot resolve informally will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer- protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local court.
