Managing Machines

The Machines panel shows all your connected devices with their name, VPN IP address, online status, and operating system.

Viewing Machines

Navigate to Machines in the sidebar to see all your connected devices. Toggle between list and grid views using the layout dropdown in the header.

  • Green status — Device is online and reachable
  • Grey status — Device is offline

Renaming a Machine

  1. Right-click the machine and select Edit
  2. Enter a new name (lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only)
  3. Click Save

Removing a Machine

  1. Right-click the machine and select Remove
  2. If you have hosts using this machine's IP, they will be listed in the confirmation dialog
  3. Confirm to remove the machine and any associated hosts

Creating a Host from a Machine

To SSH into a machine, you need to create a host entry:

  1. Go to Hosts in the sidebar
  2. Click Add Host
  3. Select your machine from the Machine dropdown — this auto-fills the IP address and label
  4. Enter the SSH username and authentication details
  5. Click Create

You can now double-click the host to open an SSH terminal to your device, even if it's behind a firewall or on a different network.
