Welcome to SSH Bridge
SSH Bridge is a modern SSH client and infrastructure access platform for developers, DevOps teams, system administrators, and MSPs. It helps you manage SSH hosts, remote desktops, databases, files, tunnels, and project access without exposing credentials to teammates.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit the SSH Bridge app and click Register. Enter your name, email, and password. You can also sign in with Google if enabled by your administrator.
Step 2: Add Your First Host
After logging in, you'll see the Hosts panel. Click Add Host and enter your server details:
- Label — A friendly name (e.g., "Production Server")
- Hostname/IP — The server address
- Port — SSH port (default: 22)
- Username — Your SSH username, preferably an individual or scoped account such as
deployor your own Linux user - Auth Type — Use managed SSH keys by default, with encrypted password authentication when required by your environment
Step 3: Connect
Double-click your host or choose SSH Connect to open an SSH terminal through the SSH Bridge Desktop app. SSH Bridge asks which workspace should contain the session, so you can keep Development, Production, and other environments separate. If host authentication material is not saved, you'll be prompted for it. You can optionally protect it in the encrypted vault for future authorized connections.
Step 4: Explore
